Measurements [American]
- 450 g butter, softened
- 60 g cornstarch
- 440 g flour
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Whip butter and add all dry ingredients & mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 160 degrees C until cookies are a pale brown.
Yields about 3 dozen cookies.
These cookies are very simple to make, and according to many people they are the best shortbread cookies they have ever eaten!!!
