Measurements [metric]
- Either:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cream butter and both sugars together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in peanut butter. Stire in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into small balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet allowing room for expansion. Press with fork. Bake at 375 degrees F F. for 12-15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen. Enjoy!
