Measurements [American]
- 110 g butter, softened
- 3 tb confectioners sugar
- 150 g flour
- 100 g pecans, chopped fine
Cream the butter with the sugar. Mix the rest of the ingredients until the dough turns into fine crumbs. Roll into small balls, and bake 10 minutes at 190 degrees C. When cool, roll into powdered sugar.
This is one of the first cookies I learned to make. They are easy to do, and are great for kids helping out. They are very dense and have a creamy texture. My Mom got the receipe from my Grammy.
