Measurements [metric]

  • 1/4 fl oz blue curacao
  • 1/4 fl oz midori
  • 1/4 fl oz lime
  • dash Angustora bitters
  • bubbly to top it off

Shake everything but the bubbly with ice, pour into flute, top with bubbles, garnish with lime slice.

Another recommendation from my friend Jack, the cocktail master. This one came from a brilliant card he printed for a party: inside, dozens of brief cocktail recipes; on the back, an inspired "if you like ... try ..." rubric. The Jade, along with other champagne cocktails, was recommended if you like white wine but wanted something less dry.
