Measurements [American]
- 2 Cans of Creamed corn
- 2 eggs beaten lightly
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 package ritz crackers for topping.
- 110 g butter
Pour creamed corn in bowl, add eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper. Stir all ingreidents lightly. Crush crackers add butter till crumbly. Put corn mixture in caserole dish and sprinkle cracker mixture on top and bake at 350* for 20 min or until crumbs are golden brown. Cool for 20 mins. Then dig in.
