Jade
Another recommendation by Jack, the cocktail master. This one came from a brilliant card he printed for a party: inside, dozens of brief cocktail recipes; on the back, an inspired "if you like ... try ..." rubric. The Jade, along with other champagne cocktails, was recommended if you like white wine but wanted something less dry.
- 1/4 oz blue curacao
- 1/4 oz midori
- 1/4 oz lime
- dash Angustora bitters
- bubbly to top it off
Shake over ice, pour into flute, top with bubbles, garnish with lime slice.
