Measurements [American]

  • 220 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnimon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp mace
  • 60 g butter
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 120 mL chopped nuts
  • 120 mL raisins
  • 120 mL red cherries, chopped
  • 120 mL green cherries, chopped

Cream butter, then add all dry ingreadients mix well then add egg,tomato soup mix well then add all fruit and nuts.

Bake in a well greasted round tube pan at 175 degrees C for 1 hour or til cooked and golden brown.

Tastes great with a good cup of tea, anytime.

Good christmas cake or anytime or kind of occaision cake??? Tastes real good.
